Our 3 speed version of the Neo+ 24 offers all the efficiency benefits found in our 7 speed version; reliable Shimano gearing, semi-slick tyres for smooth and fast rolling performance, and lightweight kid-sized components to enhance manoeuvrability, with the added benefit of the gear shifting within a sealed rear hub.

While this offers only 3 speeds, the key advantage is that all moving parts within the shifting system are sealed, which offers protection from the elements, like water and dirt, as well as those inevitable bumps and scratches. This results in less maintenance over time, and greater reliability.

The low standover height helps to boost rider confidence and comfort by making it easier for kids to easily touch the ground when they need to.

For the Neo+ range, we carefully selected hydroformed tubes to create our new frames. Normally reserved for more high-end adult bikes, the hydroforming process allows the tubes to be reshaped into sleeker, more advanced profiles, resulting in an increased strength to weight ratio, along with a refined and sporty finish.

Energy Efficient Design

How do you make a bike easier to ride? To achieve this in our Neo bikes, we looked at several factors: Weight - The lighter the bike, the easier it becomes to start moving, maintain speed, and stop. In addition to alloy frames and forks, we select lightweight alloy components as well. Fit - If the bike doesn’t fit well, your child exerts extra energy to compensate. We select narrow handlebars to align properly with the shoulder width and arm length of children. Creating the optimal riding position allows for comfortable riding and efficient pedaling.
